Because of the size of video files, you may not be able to see the video unless you have a fairly fast internet connection. If you do have a fast internet connection and are still having problems viewing the iCampus video, some of the suggestions below may be helpful:
- Most of the time the problem can be resolved by simply refreshing your browser.
- If that doesn't work, try resetting your DSL or cable modem. This can be done by turning it off for a minute and then turning it back on (once you turn it back on, it may take a minute or so for it to start working again).
- Make sure that you have the latest version of Flash installed for your browser. You can download it for free here.
- If you're using Internet Explorer, you can try using a different browser such as FireFox or Safari (you may have to re-install the Flash Player).
