  1. Try turning up the volume on your speakers.
  2. Try turning up the volume on your computer system.
  3. The range of sound available from most laptops and some computer speakers is somewhat limited, so you may want to try headphones to see if that helps with sound amplification.

If none of those options work, please let us know by filling out the communication card and letting us know about the problem.
