Kyle on "Video Problems"

Because of the size of video files, you may not be able to see the video unless you have a fairly fast internet connection. If you do have a fast internet connection and are still having problems viewing the iCampus video, some of the suggestions below may be helpful:

Most of the time the problem can be resolved by simply refreshing your browser.
If that doesn't work, try resetting your DSL or cable modem. This can be done by turning it off for a minute and then turning it back on (once you turn it back on, it may take a minute or so for it to start working again).
Make sure that you have the latest version of Flash installed for your browser. You can download it for free here.
If you're using Internet Explorer, you can try using a different browser such as FireFox or Safari (you may have to re-install the Flash Player).
If none of these suggestions help, please submit your browser information to us by filling out this short form.

If you are having problems hearing sound on the iCampus video, some of the suggestions below may be helpful:

Try turning up the volume on your speakers.
Try turning up the volume on your computer system.
The range of sound available from most laptops and some computer speakers is somewhat limited, so you may want to try headphones to see if that helps with sound amplification.

If none of those options work, please let us know by filling out the communication card and letting us know about the problem.

Try refreshing the page. Sometimes that will resolve the problem.
